Whatever the project, we “step into the shoes” of your target customers to shape the right message, the appropriate delivery route and the best design to maximise engagement. These are the basic steps:

    A service or product benefit? Speed of delivery? Confidence in expertise? Desirability? Price-points? …What’s the message?

  • How is this best communicated?
    Marshalling these influencers into a clear structure, styled to appeal to the target customer is the next key task. Brochure? Leaflet? Eshot? Website? …What’s the right medium?

  • How do we reach the target?
    Search optimised website? Google advert? Good old fashioned leafleting? Social media? Traditional media channels? Trade show? There are many ways to reach out and the best plan may use some or a combination of routes…

  • How do we measure effectiveness?
    To capture meaningful information, metrics need to be set against the objectives of marketing activity to monitor performance. Cost per lead? Cost per conversion? Brand Recall? Number of shares or views? Acting on data to shape activity means evolving and ever-refining marketing.
