Suitably profound and humble for a first blog post from Carbonsix. We’re not entirely sure what we’ll post here or how often. There is no Machiavellian plan, just a notion that some sort of repository for stuff seems like an idea.

Oh, the image is of a stormy looking Dingle Peninsula seen ¬†from the Ring of Kerry. At the end of the Dingle Peninsula are the Blasket Islands that are now uninhabited but, in the 1920’s and 30’s, were a literary phenomenon –¬†40 published books have come from the Great Blasket, whose population never rose above 176.
